Rob Broom - Managing Director and Senior Trainer / Assessor.
Rob has been in the First Aid Field for over 30 years and was a trainer for St John Ambulance before coming to Plymouth where he started Sure-Est Ltd to provide quality First Aid training with a more flexible approach and at a more competetive price. Rob is also qualified to train in the use of Defibrillators and Medical Gases and is a NEBOSH qualified Health & Safety Consultant.
Nicky Broom - Director and Trainer / Assessor
Nicky started Sure-Est Ltd with Rob and she also has a wide range of experience with St John Ambulance. She has over 20 years eperience in First Aid and was responsible for running a successful Badger Pack (under 11's) for St John Ambulance for many years. Nicky currently provides the training for most of our open First Aid at Work courses, amongst others.
Danielle Drew - Trainer / Assessor
Danni has been with the company for a number of years and predominantly trains the Emergency First Aid and Paediatric First Aid Courses. She is currently working towards her level 4 Food Hygiene certificate which will enable her to teach levels one and two to Chartered Institute of Environmental Health standards. In addition to this she also runs the office here at Sure-Est. Danni also deals with the course administration and the like from our office in Plymouth.
Other Trainer / Assessors
Sure-Est Limited also has a significant database of freelance and part-time trainers and assessors all of which have undergone a thorough vetting process to ensure the basis or their technichal knowledge and quality of their training. They also undergo rigorous continuous monitoring to ensure they are delivering high quality training in an enjoyable environment.
All Sure-Est trainers and assessors hold, at least, a suitable level 3 training qualification, or similar.
